Indian Judicial system has no credibility, The democracy has totally failed because the building block of the democracy are dysfunction/corrupt. Only handful of the judges are honest, vast majority are corrupt, and the criteria for appointment of these judges is not in public domain.

Hence there is no transparency and scrutiny in the process of appointment of these judges. Everything work on the basis of "I scratch your back and You scratch my back".

There is nexus between Politicians, Judiciary, Main stream Media, Corporate, Police and Advocates, and this nexus is recipe for the disaster of Indian democracy.
